Chest Balm - Kūmarahou & Eucalyptus

Made locally by Urban Organics Ltd, this Rongoā is based on an old remedy passed down through our whanau (family). It is designed to relive chest and sinus congestion. This balm combines the properties if the kūmarahou with eucalyptus, Camphor and menthol crystals. Kūmarahou is an anti-inflammatory. It was Traditionally used to soothe skin irritations and ease the symptoms of cold, flu, pneumonia, tuberculosis, bronchitis and asthma. 

Instructions: 

- Skin application: Rub a small amount of balm onto the chest, back, throat and soles of your feet. 

- Steam inhalation: Add a small amount of balm into a bowl of warm water, cover your head with a towel and inhale the steam.
