Navigating the turbulent waters of our complex world can be so challenging!  It's easy to forget that sometimes the difficulties we face can be approached using lessons we've already learnt.

Inspired by the whakatauki, Ka mua, ka muri', or 'Walking backwards into the future', Waitohu is an essential companion for finding meaning in your life's journey and a sacred place to write the future by drawing on lessons from the past.

Waitohu is Dr Hinemoa Elder's response to many requests for a journal to record life lessons, guided by her two previous books Aroha and Wawata.
